Music Auxiliary 2009-2010

Welcome to all the new NWSS band parents!
We are excited about the upcoming year. Soon we will have a calendar online for you to peruse, with all the concert dates, trips, fundraisers, clinics and other exciting events in the music department.

We hope that you will consider joining the N-Dub Music Parent Auxiliary. The music aux meets once a month, usually the first Wednesday of the month, at 7pm in the band room.

The first meeting of 2009-2010 is on Wednesday September 30th at 7pm in the band room at NWSS. The band room is located off of 8th avenue, across from Moody Park Arena. The band rooms are accessible from Massey Theatre lobby or from the loading bay in the rear of Massey Theatre.

NWSS Summer Band Program

Join Mr. Clements for up to 3 weeks of music making in July 2009!
Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm
July 6th to July 24th 2009
Location: the NWSS Band Rooms

Ideal for:
Grade 8 or 9 students who will be new to NWSS in Sept 2009
Students wishing to learn a second (or third!) instrument
Students wishing to improve their playing
Anyone wanting to have fun and work with a group of dedicated, fun and creative musicians!
